ConGRADulations, Uncle Colin!

A couple weeks ago, I went with Daddy to see Uncle Colin graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Although he will be leaving the UNR wolf pack, he will always be part of my wolf pack. Love you and so proud of you, Uncle Colin!

15 Months Old

I'm 15 months old and loving it! I've been walking faster than ever, climbing steps like a pro, partying with my friends and family, and dancing my diaper off. My fav song is "Down" by Jay Sean. When I hear it, I shriek out in delight and then boogey down. One of my newest moves is the booty bounce. Mommy and Daddy say it's cute for now, but that I will have to unlearn that by the time I'm a teenager.

Mommy and Daddy have an assignment from AMNT to create a Talley Talent Show video of me doing all my latest tricks. When it's complete, we'll post it to the blog. P.S. Had my 15-month check up yesterday. I weigh 18 pounds, 6 ounces, so I'm still petite and on track to become a jockey. Doc says I look great except for the fact that I still have no teeth. I'm supposed to go see a pediatric dentist to find out what's going on. I'll keep you posted with any news.

Hanging with the Talleys

A couple weeks ago, I headed to Redlands to visit with Grandpa Talley and my great aunts and uncles from the Talley side of the family. Great Uncle Mike and Great Aunt Susan were visiting from Missouri. We had an awesome time kickin' around in Great Uncle Terry and Great Aunt Janise's pretty backyard. I even got to witness a great adventure from the Talley brothers. I've heard before how exciting they are when they get together. Previous adventures have reportedly included towing a stranger's car (unbeknownst to the stranger), rescuing Mommy's runaway raft at the river, seining for a lost propeller in a marina with a fishing net, and nearly starting a forest fire. I'm delighted to say I've now seen the craziness for myself. This time, their mission was to bring down a high hanging tree branch using a rope, a roll of duct tape, and a pool cleaning pole. Despite great doubts from all the ladies watching, the brothers had great success. I also added to the entertainment by showing off a myriad of tricks from dancing to kisses. All in all, it was a super fun day. Thanks for coming out Great Uncle Mike and Great Aunt Susan, and thanks for having us over Great Uncle Terry and Great Aunt Janise!
